Each Virgin Active Health Club has the facilities you need for a session of relaxation, as well as all the high quality gym equipment youd expect from a health club. Youll be free to use them all to your hearts content on the day, so whether youre in the mood for lazing about or working up a sweat youll find all you need right where you need it.

A 5 minute cleansing back exfoliation will leave you glowing, a 40 minute body massage will help relieve all your aches and strains, and finally a 25 minute hydrating facial with scalp massage will calm your minds and promote dazzling complexions. During your Ultimate Pamper Day you and your guest will be able to take full advantage of the health club facilities, so take a dip in the pool and feel revitalised

What happens on the day?

Arrive at your chosen Virgin Active health club and you and your guest will be greeted by a friendly member of staff and shown around the facilities that are available to you. Relax and let the professional therapists take care of you and they will pamper you both with a 40 minute body massage, 25 minute hydrating facial and scalp massage, and a 5 minute cleansing exfoliation of the back.

Enjoy the extensive range of facilities during your time at the health club, including sauna, steam room and pool. Unwind and relax in this tranquil setting and emerge feeling like a new you after your Ultimate Pamper Day.

Validity

Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

Please note you must have booked and taken your experience before the expiry date

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 18

Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer (you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire before you can take your experience)

Virgin Active reserves the right to refuse use of the club facilities (including treatments) and may request the presentation of a medical certificate

If you have any concerns regarding medical conditions, please mention this when making your booking

The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location

Availability

Your voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue, kindly note that you must book and take your experience before this date. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

This experience is available to book Monday to Thursday only.

Please note: there is a £15 per person supplement to visit Chiswick Riverside.

Please note: the experience provider reserves the right to change appointment times on the day should circumstances arise which are beyond their control.

We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability

Please allow approximately 4 hours for the experience, the actual length of the treatments will total 70 minutes.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and well send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
