You and your guest can tuck in to a traditional afternoon tea, boasting an array of sweet and savoury fancies, alongside a chilled glass of prosecco each. You’ll also have full use of the spa’s facilities from 10.00 to 18.00, with an 18m swimming pool, eucalyptus-infused steam room, double sauna, state-of-the-art gym and more, there’s plenty for you to choose from to relax just as you wish. You’ll both receive a 30 minute treatment, whether that’s a legs massage, back, neck and shoulder massage, muscle workout massage or express facial. Whatever you decide to go for, you can rest assured you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and blissfully relaxed after an evening at Bluewater Spa.

What happens on the day?
On arrival, you’ll kick things off with a delicious afternoon tea at the Blakes Brasserie at the 4* Best Western Plus Connaught Hotel in Bournemouth where sweet and savoury treats are the order of the day, along with a chilled glass of prosecco each.
You’ll have full use of the spa facilities from 10.00 to 18.00, so you can enjoy the time as you please. Each of you can enjoy a 30 minute treatment, whether that’s a massage or facial, at a pre-booked time during the experience.
Participant guidelines
- Minimum age: 18
- Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer
- Treatments are subject to completion of a confidential medical questionnaire before you can take your experience and you may not be able to take certain treatments or use some of the facilities if you have certain medical conditions
- The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
Availability
Available seven days a week, with limited availability on Saturdays. Date restrictions may apply.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 1 hour for your tea with up to 4 additional hours to enjoy the spa and your treatment.

Please let the hotel know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so they can accommodate your needs. What about insurance? The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence. A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher. How it works All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
