One Night Glamping Break at Yapham Holds, Yorkshire Wolds

Cosy up in a gothic camping pod and spend a night glamping in the Yorkshire Wolds. Like camping but without the fuss, cold and exposure to the elements, glamping is for those who want to get back to nature but with some of the modern conveniences that you just cant do without.

Fully insulated and heated, one of these glamping pods will keep you snug when the weather turns cool, and if youre out in the height of summer you can throw open the doors to let in the breeze. Whatever the weather youll be able to camp in comfort and enjoy a cosy nights sleep on the sofa bed provided, and a TV in every pod means you wont be too far from modern life. Its still camping though, so dont forget your sleeping bags and a few home comforts, just leave the leaky tent at home!

What happens on the day?

Roll up to Yapham Holds Farmhouse to check in from 14.00 on your day of arrival, where you are sure of a warm welcome from proprietors Steve and Janet. Youll be shown around the campsites facilities, including the on-site shower and toilet block, before being taken to your Gothic Camping Pod. .As theres no need to spend time setting up a tent or prepping your camping area, youll be able to get straight on with exploring and enjoying your camping experience with none of the fiddly bits.

Youll find a comfortable sofa bed, heating, lighting, TV and DVD and a picnic bench laid on. If you fancy rustling up something hot to eat, there is the option to hire out a two-burner and single grill stove with gas for £5 per night. Why not also pack a BBQ and some camping chairs for dining under the stars? Remember to bring along your bedding, pillows, towels/tea towels plus cooking utensils, pans, crockery/cutlery and an electric kettle.

So grab a friend, and get ready for refreshingly simple glamping in Yorkshire. How you spend your time in the Yorkshire Wolds is up to you, and the site owners will be able to point you in the direction of nearby attractions, such as Castle Howard and the famous Jorvik Viking Centre. Just remember that you need to check out by 10.30 the morning after your overnight stay.

Your voucher is valid for 9 months from the date of issue

Availability

This experience will be available Sunday to Thursday throughout the year. Date exclusions including bank holidays, Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year and Easter periods will apply. Please note that vouchers are no longer available within school holidays.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure a date is available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your experience will be for one night. Check-in will be from 14.00 on the day of arrival and check-out will be 10.30 on the morning of departure.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.
