Offering a relaxed and informal setting, Posh Totty’s workshop is a great place for trying your hand at a new skill, or simply enjoying something different. At the end, you’ll be able to take home your finished macramé plant hanger, as well as lots of useful insider tips on the basics of macramé work, so that you can continue the creativity back home – from wall hangings to window coverings, there’s plenty to explore.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at Posh Totty Designs, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of prosecco, before getting underway with the creative side of things.

Learn a total of three knots to aid you in making your very own macramé plant hanger. All materials will be provided, and you’ll have an expert on hand to make sure you get the most out of the workshop.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 13 (Under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)

A soft drink alternative will be offered to under 18s or those not drinking alcohol

All levels of ability are welcome

The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

This experience is available on selected Thursday evenings (19.00 to 21.00 in London, 18.30 to 20.30 in Brighton) throughout the year. Excluded dates apply. Please check availability when making your booking.

There will be a maximum of twelve participants and a minimum of six per class.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow 2 hours for the full experience. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class.

What should I wear?

There is no dress code, but please ensure you wear comfortable clothing.

Additional information

Prosecco will be served on arrival and all guests are welcome to bring extra alcohol if they would like (within reason).

Soft drinks are also provided to minors/ customers not wanting to drink. Food is not provided and we request that food is not consumed during the workshop.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
