Describing themselves as an ‘art gym for your creative muscles,’ MYO is brimming with inspiration and offers an oasis in which to relax and explore your creative side.

With expert guides on hand, you’ll be able to unwind in a relaxed setting and enjoy getting creative with handcut vinyl, fabric paints and sequins on hand for you to use as you wish. You’re welcome to bring your own wine, beer or prosecco, or make the most of the complimentary teas and coffees on offer. You’ll each leave with your very own T-shirt and tote bag, with the knowledge and confidence to create more at home.

What happens on the day?

On arrival at M.Y.O’s vibrant Central London studio, you’ll make your introductions before being shown with the rest of the group to the incredible library, home to over 1,000 arts and crafts books.

Under the guidance of experts, you’ll both be getting creative with a range of fabrics and designs to make your finished t-shirt and tote bag exactly as you like.

You’re welcome to bring along drinks to the workshop, or enjoy complimentary teas and coffees.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age: 18

The venue is wheelchair accessible, but please let them know in advance so they can ensure sufficient room for wheelchair users

Availability

Creative classes run on selected evenings throughout the month, subject to availability. Typical start time is 18.15 or 18.30.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Class size varies from 4 to 10 people.

Please allow 2 hours for the full experience.

What should I wear?

You are advised not to wear your Sunday best - aprons will be provided.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included with every voucher.

How it works

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send a voucher and booking information to you or directly to the recipient, then you just need to check the info and book your experience.
